About Kilimanoor


Kilimanoor, a city in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram district, lies on the border of Thiruvananthapuram and Kollam. The name Kilimanoor came from the word kili, meaning the land of the birds and deer. This city is well known for its Kilimanoor Palace and Meenmutti waterfalls. Kilimanoor is well connected to nearby cities such as Varkala, Attingal, Nedumangad and Paravoor.
