Kothamangalam is a city in the state of Kerala. It comes under the Ernakulam District. Kothamangalam is surrounded by Pampakuda Taluk, Thodupuzha Taluk and Muvattupuzha Taluk down south and Koovappady Taluk in the west. Due to its proximity to the Bay of Bengal, humidity is high here.
