Kulai is a ward in the Municipal limits of Mangalore city in Karnataka. It is located near Surathkal town (14 km). Kulai was once an area that was abundant in paddy fields, coconut gardens and evergreen forest. However, it has now been developed into a residential and commercial area. Tumkur is a beautiful industrial town located in the administrative district of Karnataka state. It lies along NH 206 at a distance of 70 km northwest of Bangalore.
