Nagarjuna Sagar

Nagarjuna Sagar is best known for the Nagarjuna Sagar dam that is built on the river Krishna. This dam is located on the border of Nalgonda and Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. It was constructed around 1955 and is used for multiple purposes including irrigation and hydroelectric power. It provides electricity and water to many districts that are located around it. Nagarjuna Sagar is a beautiful place for those who love waterfalls and adore natural beauty.
