About Pillayarpatti


Pillayarpatti is a small village in the Annavasal taluk of the Pudukkottai district in Tamil Nadu. It is located 13 km to the west of the district head quarters, Pudukkottai; and 399 km from state capital, Chennai. Pillayarpatti is famous for its magnificent temple of Lord Ganesh. Dindigul railway station is aptly positioned in the rail head between Chennai to Madurai and from Karur to Madurai.  The railway line is connected to Palani.  All express trains from Chennai pass through Madurai and Dindigul.
