A historical town in Maharashtra’s Sholapur district, Sangola or Sangole, as it is referred to by the locals, is a part of Pune division. Located close to the borders of Satara, Sholapur district and Sangli district, it lies at the junction of state highways (SH) 161, 3, and 71.
