Singarayakonda is a small Indian town located in the Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh. This town lies at a height of 49 above sea-level. It is on National Highway 5. Singarayakonda is well-connected with Chennai and Vijayawada by a railway line and is the most important contributor in terms of revenue to the South Central Railway in this district. Singarayakonda also serves as one of the main centres for transportation for nearby villages.
