Parsad is in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated on the border that lies between the Pratapgarh district and the Jaunpur district. It belongs to the Allahabad division. It lies at an altitude of 96 m above sea-level and is situated at a distance of 189 km from the state capital of Lucknow.
