About Uppunda


Uppunda, a coastal village in Karnataka’s Udupi district, has some of the most beautiful and unexplored beaches. It also houses several ancient temples worth visiting. Sindhnur is one of the major talukas or administrative divisions in Karnataka, India and is around 80 km far from Raichur. With the major portion of the place famous for paddy growth and the fields are being irrigated by the fresh waters of Tungabhadra River, this town is a famous agricultural hot spot.
