Parveen travels service standard has come down to bottom. Their rates are kept fixed in past. Now same as other operators, they have increased the price. I used to travel in Parveen for past two years from Hyderabad to Chennai and back once in two weeks. The price was around 1200 and currently they have raised to 1500 saying it is seasonal price. Moreover this time when Iam back, on 24-May(Sunday) from Chennai to Hyderabad, the bus left depot at 20:30 Sharp as per ticket, but after taking a U Turn in Games Village at Koyambedu, it slow down. Further shockingly it was stopped opposite to Parveen Office not just for 10 minutes, but for ONE FULL HOUR. All passengers on board were asking driver to leave, but he refused, as he has been instructed to wait for two more passengers, as they are their MD's friend. From 08:30PM to 09:25PM, people were forced to sit and enjoy(????) on the road waiting for two passengers. Later also in-between they stopped some where onroad waiting for the next driver to join. Even in the morning they stopped near LB Nagar for fuelling for around 15 minutes. In between, the driver was revving like anything to catch up time as much possible. This is horrible and next day we were late by more than an hour. I got down at Nampally at around 07:30AM, which is my office starting hour. Normally I could reach Nampally by 06:15 to 06:30. Parveen Management, kindly change your attitude. Don't put passenger's life & time at stake for the sake of your friends.

I had chosen Parveen travels for my trip to Bangalore from Chennai owing to its good reputation. During my onward journey, to begin with i was made to wait at the waiting lounge at Adyar office for 30 minutes after which a mini-van took us to Koyambedu. The bus started on time and seats were comfortable at first sight. Within minutes, i had an itchy sensation in my feet and my worst fears came true - bed bugs !! I had to put up with this agony until 2 am. As though this was not enough, the bus stopped for 1 hour at outskirts of Tamilnadu. Another Parveen travels bus parked close to us and passengers were exchanged between the 2 buses. Apparently, they didnt have the permit to travel all the way. I was hoping beyond hopes that this wouldn't be the case during the return journey. I boarded my return bus to Chennai with Parveen Travels at Silk Board (Bangalore) and this time around, the conductor told us upfront that we would have to repeat the same exercise at "Ambur" !! I was shocked at how they could just take passengers for granted. As usual, there were bed bugs on the first bus and i had a fitful sleep. Botttomline: Worst experience ever, I will never travel with them again.

I travelled from Bangalore to Chennai yesterday.... F.....g fellows...do not have their own parveen travels name board in kalaasipalyam pick up point...they are f.....g inside the national travels and the beauty is that no body knows where is the parveen travels office...only in madivala they are maintaining the big name board. At kalasipalyam, they will not start at mentioned time, and reached Chennai only by 7.10 am. This is not as promised to the customers and the schedule. As per the schedule they have to reach at 5.30am. So really got irritated by the slow and lethargic drivers and in between by 4 am they asked the passengers to get down and we all entered in to a new bus and the passengers were swapped for no reason. Bloody fools...

Traveled from Chennai to Madurai on Sunday 2PM. They are changed the Boarding point without notice. I spent Rs.50 for auto. Its waste for me. Similarly they dropped in Omni bus stand, Madurai instead of Periyar Bus Stand. Driver said because of traffic bus will dot go to Periyar bus stand. This is not the proper answer.

Worst Experience in Travelling in Parveen Travels from (Chennai to Coimbatore on Wednesday (07.04.2015) Orgin 7.40 PM (Non AC seater from Perungalathur to Coimbatore.) I need to alight at Hope college in Coimbatore but the guy who is conducting not informed me about the arrival of the stop and he crossed away and stopped the bus anywhere near Coimbatore bus stand i waited nearly 1 hour for local bus to reach Hope college again. The driver and other guy told me you have to come before the stop arrival we can't inform you in sluggish way.

Traveled from Tenkasi to CHennai.. It was good & pleasant travel. Everything is fine & super on that day. But only one thing, try to go inside the cities (via Tambaram) instead of By-pass road. As all of you know, Traffic police will not show green signal for Omni bus to go CMBT via Tambaram after 7.00 AM. Keep in mind that in forth coming days.

Last Tuesday book package trip to Tirupathi from Chennai. Problems: No AC after some time, No blanket provided and when start return to chennai A/C was not worked and people are asked to travel without A/C by Parveen staffs. But people fight them and repair the bus then started so it got delayed for 2hours. They dropped at mid nite no transport to reach home.

Happened to travel on a special service(A/C seater). No blanket provided. There were lot of confusions on seating arrangement. Bus further got delayed for 1 more hour due to this. Even thought it went into all cities(avoiding bye-pass), it reached destination in a reasonable delayed time.

Yesterday I had great journey with (Tenkasi to Chennai) Parveen Travels.... The Quality of the bus is good...punctuality also very good.... One thing i want to share. the correct boarding point should be specified in e-ticket. In the e-ticket boarding point was specified as "Bright Optical tenkasi" but when i asked the driver / coordinator , the boarding point was "elephant bridge tenkasi-courtallam road". The people travelling frequently will know the boarding point. But for the new people on this route will get confused and there is a chance to miss the bus. So, i request the team to take it in consideration.

Yesterday(Monday Night) I had great journey with(Coimbatore to Chennai) Parveen Travels.... The Quality of the bus is good...punctuality also very good.... Only one thing is I got call before an hour to say that my booked bus 10.30 was delay for an hour.So I am offered to take bus at 9.45. Vijay: Travel Date: 28-08-2014 Route: Bangalore to Tenkasi Fare: 700 Hi All, I beg u all not to go in Parveen Travels plying in this route as this bus is meant mainly, only for luggages and importance is given only to luggages. I was literally standing on road for 1.30 hours for departure as my bus reached silkboard by 9.10 pm instead of actual timimg of 7.35pm. At hosur, they were loading luggages for about an hour and due to too many luggages my bus was veryy fast(sarcastically) and reached the final destination by 11.00 am against the original time of 6.45 am. The most horrible experience i had is this one and only the brand name makes common people like us fools. Even SETC bus plyig in this route takes only 12.00 hrs to reach the destination. People pleaseee think. At tenkasi, they did not even drop me at the correct place. They too us to the shed stating the bus was late and made all passengers walk for about 1 km @ 11.00 am as a punishment for choosing PARVEEN TRAVELS.

Travel Date: 31-Aug-2014 Sunday Route: Trichy to Chennai Bus timing: 11.30PM (night) in Trichy Travel fare: Rs.750 I booked a ticket in Parveen travels (A/C bus) for the above said journey. I reached the boarding point on 11.15PM, they asked to wait me as the bus is on the way from Karaikudi. At 11.45PM the staff told us the trip is cancelled since there was some problem in the bus on the way way (from Karaikudi - Trichy) and to get refund of the ticket cost. We are shocked to hear that since it was an week-end (sunday) & festival time and all of a sudden they are cancelling the trip. They said get refund amount & catch another bus for our journey. This is the worst ever service i faced from a reputed Travels, leaving us clueless on a festival day midnight. While we are thinking about what to do, time passed on. At 12.00 they said the problem got fixed, but A/C will not work in the bus. And the bus will reach Trichy at 1.15 to pick-up us. At that time i decided and called my ticket and got refund amount. In 15 mins i got a seat in a bus to Chennai for the fare of Rs.800, where i have not much choice since i have to reach Chennai morning & have to go to work. Final words: When we asked them to arrange tickets in another travels (which are near-by) they are not responding properly, since the travel fare in the other bus was Rs.900. They are only thinking about money even in the hectic situation, and not considering the customer's delay or uncomfort. Its the responsibility of the travels to maintain a spare bus incase of break-down/emergency. We are booking tickets in reputed travels (at the cost of Rs.750) expecting their good service, but what happened on that day was unacceptable and very worst service. Can't rely on any travels (small or big or reputed) hereafter. I have a doubt that the feedbacks given here are considered & any action have been taken based on this. And either TicketGoose will do something on this?

My name - B.Ganapathy No of Passengers Myself + Wife + Kid = 2 Date of Journey (Wed, 27 Aug 2014 11:59 PM - Night) Subject - Very Worst Service & Support to Customer - ever seen in my experience 1. Bus Started 1 Hour Late from the scheduled Time 2. Within 2 + Hours Bus went Down (No Movement) and stopped at Burgur (mid of forest road) 4. We all thought Bus got stopped for some refreshment or passing urine 5. Later after 45 Minutes only we came to know that Bus got Down and no one is there to organise or inform about the Problem 6. All Ladies + Kids + Aged Persons were standing outside Bus without any proper information or status to know will the same Bus getting ready or they will arrange for any alternate Bus 7. Early Morning around 2:45 Am till 4:10 Am we were standing and running behind other Bus to reach Chennai 8. More over we were so tired & hungry and irritated with your poor response and service or feedback to customer 9. Finally everyone ran into to different Buses which we found on that roadside... 10. Myself and Kid & Wife got one Bus and Paid 200 Per Head and reached Chennai Finally 11. We would like to have Refund of our money 650 Per Head and total of 1300 12. I would never suggest or myself travel in Parveen Travels in upcoming days 13. Please do necessary action from your end as permanent fix to avoid all these problems to Customers

Worst service by Parveen Travels. I booked a ticket to thirumala in ac volvo bus. The bus was already late by an hour from the given time. In addition to that our bus got broke down near thiruniravur. It took more than 1.5 hour to repair it. So it was too late to reach thirumala. We reached thirumala only at 12:15 PM. But we must have reached there at 10:00 AM. By the time we reached the 300rs dharshan was closed. They said us to stand in free dharshan. The free dharshan was expected at next day 1:00 PM. But it was a one day trip. They said that they are not responsible for the decisions took by TTD Devasthanams. But if the bus had reached in time we would have seen the dharshan on the same day and returned. Because of this many returned on the same bus without seeing the dharshan. But the purpose I have booked the ticket is to see the dharshan, then how can I return? So we had a dharshan on the next day and we returned. So the main problem is time keeping and the condition of the bus.

Worst service provider, on the pick up point arrived 30 Min late and without asking and making a call they start the bus and I ran and catch the bus. In thiruvanmiyur stopped the bus around 30 min and more also in pondycherry for unloading the luggage 1 Hours stopped after that in petrole bunk around 20 min. this is the way the operator make tension the passenger. don't use this kind of operator again.

ticket booking faulty - female allotted nearby seat so i had to move out. vehicle met with accident at city outskirts by 23.30. replacement vehicle came by 03.00. got transferred to third vehicle after 200 kms by 05.00 hrs. third vehicle broke down at outskirts of coimbatore. parveen travels driver persuaded driver of Airzone travels which was on way to coimbatore to drop us at Gandhipuram and we shifted to that bus bus were forcibly got pushed out 7 kms before the stated destination. started at chennai by 21.00 hrs and reached coimbatore by 11.30 hrs next day after travelling 4 buses. the most bitter experience so far

I was also in the 14th night bus....very sorry to say although we had many travels which has lesser rates we trusted parveen in keeping the time management which was lost. I thought smaller travels will be more punctual...than parveen. Late pick up , no entertainment (TV),very slow driving, stopping in the middle for some reasons...altogether very bitter experience.

it was a horrid experience with parveen travels on 14 aug 2014. the pickup time from egmore to koyembedu was at 8.15 pm but the pickup bus came at 8.45 pm. the scheduled time of departure was at 9.30 pm but the bus arrived after midnight and left by 12.15 am! never expected this from parveen!

Had a bitter experience with a parveen sleeper bus i travelled from nellai to chennai on 3/8/2014 by a sleeper bus The bus interior quality looked ok , but the beds were not mainted neatly. some more maintenance would do good The price is a bit expensive compared to other sleeper busses, got a bit satisfied for the price because they provide individual screens for videos but even before i was satisfied the , video stopped working and there was no charge points for phones. because for 1400 price from nellai to chennai i would expect such services The worst happeded in early morning @ 2:45 AM, where the bus came to a halt and never started from there its a break down , the drivers mentioned that the engine oil became solid ,as there was no oil spillage and the gauges showed no oil its really bad that , how it was over looked by the parveen staff , driving without proper maintenance The parveen staff did not even have a stop reflectors to divert the vehicles But atleast the drivers were prompt enough to contact few drivers in the travels to arrange for a spare bus i dunno what the Parveen management was doing when the drivers tired to contact them we have to wait till 5:45 AM in the mid of deserted road for a spare bus to arrive looking forward for a better experience in future

had very worst experience on friday. travelled from Chennai to Trichy on Aug 1st 2014, They changed us to another in mid of the way. The quality of the bus was poor. Also they did dropped at Trichy bus stand, they drop us in bypass @ 3.30 AM, don't have any transport facility all. not expected such a poor service from parveen.

I had high expectations on Praveen travels before... but paying 900 rs for a ac semi sleeper bus from dindigul...with the ac vent totally not available at all above my seat....i felt disappointed... there seems a partiality of quality between Praveen travels at Chennai and dindigul...parveen at Chennai was top notch... but staff quality is good in both these places
