One of the worst travels you can ever see a travels which is run with faulty buses.A/c buses wont have a/c.Normal buses will not even start properly.a 9.40 pm bus comes at 12.30 pm there is not even a proper coordination between administaration and office.Please remove these kind of travels from your sites

I booked a ticket in Universal Travels from Karaikal to Chennai on 20-07-2015. It was a bad travel experience. No punctuality. My bus timing is 9.40 Pm but they came at 11. 00 Pm. I didn't get any information regarding the delay. I called to the given number in the ticket but no response. Finally I called to Ticket Goose customer care and got the Universal travel head office number then called to them but no response. I got the spare the bus with worst condition. Previously also i faced the same problem in this bus. They are doing it continuously... Please don't include this kind of travels in TicketGoose and stop your reputations.

Very bad experience which i had last week traveled with Universal Travels from Chennai to velankanni. Driver's way talking was very bad. Bus not permitted. so, I have got down from half way at pondicherry finally am not reached my destination place I didn't say anything about the (waste) travels.. worst feeling on that day i would like to give rating for: 00000000 Ticket goose: your service is best. Very good experience with your travels which I had travelled yesterday from chennai to kovilpatti. The bus was on time and reached my place on time. This was my first experience with this travels. Also very good service is offered by ticketgoose. I am using ticketgoose for long time. Keep continue your good service.

Very very very worst experience which i had yesterday traveled with Universal Travels from Adhiramapattinam to Chennai. 1. Bus time at 9:25 PM but it came at 11.10 PM and reached by 8:30 AM. 2. Quality of bus is absolutely worst. 3. Seating/Sleeper is totally hell. 4. Staff behavior is not bad. I never been such bad experience for past 25 years.

Worst experience... No punctuality.. While booking it shows as it will reach by 5 AM.. But it reached around 9 AM.. Ended up in putting half day leave to my office. While travelling in all places they are stopping unnecessarily for half an hour to one hour simply... Not sure whether it is tourist trip halting each place for siteseeing.. God shake If I get ticket for free of cost also, I'll not prefer to travel any more in universal

It was bad experience for My Father-in_law for whom I had booked the ticket to Velankanni via Ticket Goose with Universal travels (, first of all the pick-up point was Wilson garden, then they called on travel day morning & informed he needs to be at kalasipalayam- (but did not give address & contact details) we had to search for the office & took 15 minutes of searching. Then the office person checked with someone & said, it's cross over Bus. Then, I made sure my Father-in-Law was safely into the bus at 8.30PM (actual time was 8.00 from kalasipalayam) then I called to checked & was surprised that the BUS has stopped at Madivala Post office, around 9.30PM & later got to know that the BUS personal was not aware why the delay was & later informed that the BUS travelling to Velankanni was not upto date with it's Taxes, Hence the Travels had to pay the tax & only after they would be allowed, which was at 3.00 Am in the Morning the BUS started from Madivala junction (actually from banaglore I can say) & dropped late in afternoon in velankanni. The Whole experience was Really Really Worst of my booking's done earlier with REdbus.in I WOULD LIKE TO RATE ZERO FOR SUCH A BASED EXPERRIENCE & THAT TOO WITH SENIOR CITIZEN & DID NOT MAKE SURE ABOUT HIS NEED. The bus was not on time. Boarding place was changed but didn't notify the passengers. The bus was break down at 3.30 am.. We shifted to another bus where we had no place to sit itself in that drowsy condition. It was a hard journey to travel in this universal travels...

This was the third time we are experiencing the worst travel experience with the univeraal travels. First time, the bus came at 7.30pm i.e. earlier instead of 8.20pm. The second time also the bus went earlier leaving us and we were forced to go to karaikal to catch the bus. The third time there was no sign of the particular bus coming. So we contacted the travel manager and he asked to enter the oncoming universal bus and the passenger will be changed in the respective bus there in karaikal. The first experience was with our family, the second with my father, old 72 yrs and the third with my mother, 63 yrs old. The last two times, the travel drivera didn't contact us and we were in confusion where the bus has arrived. So plz take off the universal travel from ur list of booking until they shedule them properly. We really suffered a lot.

The service was too bad.. the bus was late by 1.5 hrs. Passengers had to stand for a long time as there was no chairs for seating. Worst experience.
Worst experience ever. Booked from pondicherry to nagercoil. The total journey was around 14 hours which was utterly unacceptable. I'd have been better off with SETC buses. Plus we had to change buses en route and many passengers were standing. I'd never recommend UNIVERSEL to anyone.

Dear sir i booked the ticket from coimbatore to tiruvarur in universal travels. Bus start time mentioned is 9.45 pm but actualy bus started at 11.15 pm. actualy female is travelling. so our family went for send off. because of bus delay we also kept wait till bus move out. then we move to our home it away from omni bus stand around 25 kms. very poor response from bus operator.

It was a very very bad experience :(.... it was toooooo bad.... Last Saturday (26th july 2014) we have booked 3 tickets from pondichery to trichy. As per your time (start time from pondi - 5.30pm - reach time to tricy - 9.30pm) we planned some programs in trichy. But they totally changed the timings and bus route without any information. 1. They changed the bus route without any information after they started from pondichery. Because of this travel time increased 4 hours. So our all programs were cancelled. :( 2. They didn't give our booked seats. 3. Irresponsible answer from driver and agent. 4. Very very bad seats and screens. Very bad smell.. It was too bad. Please update your site with proper timings and route.

We were travelling from chennai to velankanni on 4th of July and had very bad travelling experience. We booked Volvo Muti Axel semi sleeper A/C (Universal Transport) it is only for name sake. Since the A/c flow was not enough and noise of the engine too loud. This was my worst travel experience I ever had. Please take necessary changes to make the travel comfortable.

I was travelling to and from chennai to velankanni travelling date June 28 and 29 and had very bad experience on both travelling. We booked upper sleeper and the stair case were broken and shaking. And while returning i booked Volvo Muti Axel A/C it is only in the name and not provided A/c were not working and while reaching pondycherry it was rainning and water was coming inside the bus on windows side, i dont know how the water coming inside the A/C bus. And when the whole passengers were asking about A/C, we dont had a proper response and the assistance speaking in wrost manner, and 'saying you people book through online and why are you asking us' My suggestion please don't recommend or add these kind of wrost service providers to your link. Very frustrated travel

The mobile application provided was easier and provided discount 15% or 100 rs which ever is higher for the bus fare .. good one .. also hdfc credit card also providing 5 % discount on booking through Ticketgoose . no other online bookers like Red bus not providing any offers like ticketgoose do .. Same price as in the redbus but can avail discounts too .. Mostly recomened one ..

I booked a ticket on 28 June 2014 from Chennai to Nellai. The bus started sharply on time. But it delayed to reach Nellai. I was disappointed by the delay. Seat no 2 is very inconvenient to travel because of the door near by.

The bus which i travelled had broken seats. I couldnt sit in those seats. Poor servicing by the employees present at the boarding point and in the bus.
